Wellist 2027 Product Gifting Terms & Conditions

The Wellist Product Gifting Program is designed to showcase exceptional, wellness-focused products to our community of founders, creators, investors, and industry leaders. By participating, your brand contributes to an immersive experience that celebrates innovation, mindfulness, and conscious living.

The Product Admin Fee ranges from $750 to $1,500 and includes curation, logistics, and placement within the event, determined as follows:

• Products under $49 retail incur a $1,500 admin fee (minimum 400 units).
• Products $50–$99 retail incur a $750 admin fee (minimum 100 units).
• Products $100 or greater retail that meet the minimum unit requirement (40 units) have the admin fee waived.

All gifted products are subject to review and approval by the Wellist Curation Team. Participation is confirmed only upon completion of the official gifting form, payment of the gifting fee (where applicable), and digital acknowledgement of these terms.

All products must be received no later than April 10, 2027. Brands are responsible for all shipping, customs, and handling fees. Products will not be returned after the event unless otherwise arranged in writing.

Wellist reserves the right to display, feature, or withhold any product at its discretion. Participation does not guarantee press coverage, influencer placement, or social promotion unless explicitly agreed. Brands are encouraged to provide relevant visuals and product descriptions.

By submitting your product, you grant Wellist permission to use your brand name, logo, imagery, and descriptions across event-related marketing and communications (digital, print, press).

Wellist is not liable for any loss, damage, theft, or misuse of products during shipping, handling, or display. Brands agree to indemnify and hold harmless Wellist, its affiliates, and event partners from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from the use or distribution of the gifted products.

By submitting the Product Gifting Form, you acknowledge you have read and agreed to these terms and that you are authorized to represent your brand in this partnership.
